HCL Lucknow is Hiring for various positions in Remote Desktop Support (RDS); Global Account Management (GAM); SCCM Admin.
1) RDS/GAM:-
Experience in Installation/ Configuration/ Administration/ Troubleshooting of Active Directory Services with strong knowledge of Operating System
Active Directory / Windows OS ( 2003 / 2008 / 2012) / Group Policy / Windows Print/ IIS / PKI / DFS/Pharos Pull Print/ Label Printers / HP RGS / AD RMS / AD FS / Hyper V / FAP Servers
Hardware : Hands on Blade Servers ( HP/DELL/HP Ilo/ ibm rib/VNC/RDP)
1. Strong knowledge on Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012 including Active Directory.
2. Should have good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on Active Directory Windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012, Hyper V, AD Rights Management Services, AD Federation Services, Public Key Infrastructure, HP Remote Graphics Services, Windows Printer Management, Pharos Pull-Print, and Bartender Label Printers.
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills and hand-on experience.
4. Should have worked with Windows Resource Kit Support tools.
5. Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities
6. Scripting knowledge such as VB Scripts will be an added advantage
7. Should have worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP), & remote connectivity tools
8. Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
9. Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
10. Monitor the network link between the sites and DCs & Review the Active Directory response time reports.
11. Troubleshoot Replication/KDC Issues
12. Review the domain controller disk space reports, Review all performance related reports.
