Greetings!!

Responsible for entire recruitment lifecycle Sourcing, Screening, Submission & Candidate management.
Sourcing relevant profiles through various sources like internal database, job portals, headhunting & references.
Screening candidates through personal, telephonic and skype Interviews and short listing them
Short listing candidates and scheduling interviews
Recruiting from Entry level to Mid-Level.
Negotiating with candidates for salary Package, rates, start dates & Visa status etc.
Should have positive attitude, positive thinker and ability to learn new skills
and roles.
Should be good with MS office or equivalent.
Good communication and telephone / email etiquette with good written and spoken English
