Job Desciption : Roles and Responsibilities : Interact by phone with outside parties to subscribe to 99acres.com, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.
Contact already registered owners on 99acres.
Fix meetings and appointments for verification.
Respond to queries from customers.
Identify and overcome objections.
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
Follow up on initial contacts.
Complete records of telephonic interactions to be maintained in CRM.
Note : B.Tech's freshers are not eligible for the role.
