Job Desciption : Would be a part of Regional Office to develop the Insurance Business in Life, Health & General Insurance portfolio through huge network of branches through out the Region.
Would be playing the role of a Trainer, mentor & facilitator for the development of all Insurance Products through out the region.
Would be acting as a Sole Point of Contact in terms of Coordination with All the Insurance Companies in designing & devising the Support system for the branches to enable the branch team to generate effecting leads & getting the same converted to business outcome by leveraging the man power provided by Insurance Companies.
Responsible for achieving business & profitability target of the Region on Insurance through Branch Network by using the inflow of captive customer base.
To explore & initiate Outbound Sales activities in various corporate in the Region for bulk business in Insurance Products.
