Job Desciption : Role 1:ROLES AND RESPONSITLIBILTIES1. Final checking of all joining documents.
2. Supervising the JD operations
3. To authorize ecodes of new joinees
4. Updating MIS of all COCO changes and Mentor changes.
5. Changing the COCO and mentor in the system and informing the same to the concerned.
6. Changing status from exited to existing after approvals.
7. Maintaining foll. MIS:
(i) Daily & Monthly ecode activated
(ii) TAT for all OEC records
Experience: 1 - 3 Years (Relavent)
Role 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Exit Management and all other HR operational activities.
2. Addressing Exits - resignations/ absconding, reported on HRMS or mails received from mentors. Follow-up for attendance and last working day.
3. Sending Monthly clean-up files to mentors and RSMs. Regular follow-up for status and last working day.
4. Fraud terminations
5. Full and final settlements for all Resigned/ Terminated / Absconding / Monthly clean-up cases.
6. Co-ordination with Payroll dept for processing full and final settlement.
7. Sending appropriate Exit letters on upload of FNF register by Payroll.
8. Changing employee status in the system. Issuing worked less than 15 days letters.
9. Assisting Manager HR in addressing complaints and legal issues
10. Preparing letters of re-designations, Transfers and Warnings in consultation with Manager HR
11. Addressing mails and queries of mentors.
12. Follow-up with mentors for cases of returned and Un-delivered FNF cheques/ warnings / Exit letters.
13. Signing Authority for PF and ESIS.
