Job Desciption : * The trainer is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management and delivery of the Initial Training Program (ITP).
* Developing and administering employee-training programs, classroom supervision including coaching and counseling, up training by project, continually assessing program
* Maintaining Training related reports (MIS)
* Conducting Monthly Job Knowledge test for the agents controlling Attrition & Absenteeism during the training
* Developing and delivering other operational training courses as required
* Responsible for identifying gaps between the training program and production requirements
* Coaching and feedback for the bottom performers
* Conducting Refresher training
* Recommending and implementing solutions, and delivering and evaluating client specific training to meet project goals
* Conducting Motivational Activities during training sessions to engage participant.
