Job Desciption : * Should be well versed with all the Labor laws of India.
* Should be expert in drafting communication to all types of correspondence/ reply to the notices and also to all other documents which may come across in day to day working activities.
* To have a working knowledge for all license requirements viz. Contractual Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. across India.
* Provide awareness to employees on applicability of rules/ legislations relating to licensing.
* Track changes in rules / legislations related licensing and its impact on the business process.
* Liaison with local regulatory authorities for license procurements (new / renewals)
* Verify and vet all the documents to be submitted to regulatory authorities in case of inspection/ litigation.
* To establish a process for proactive alerts on renewal of licenses/ authorizations..
* Compile & maintain tracker for all ongoing inspections and litigations, showing site wise real time status of various licenses unit & region wise.
* To perform compliance audits in order to ensure 100 % compliance in all the entities under scope.
* To forecast any change in legal scenario and its implications in business process to the management.
