    Experience in US Healthcare especially in RCM Function is must
    Denial Management
    Account Receivables
    Good verbal and written Communication Skills , Analytical and problem solving skills, Issue identification and resolution
    Knowledge in patient outbound/inbound, AR analysis, Work allocation & QA
    Should be flexible working in all the shifts
    Prior experience in handling customer calls is a must
    Team handling experience is must with mini 2 years on papers
