-Manage end-to-end relationship of customers with Relationship Value less than Rs. 1 lac in a Branch with high levels of customer satisfaction and adequate product penetration.
-Responsible for New to Bank customer acquisition of this category thru references.

Accountabilities:
-Maintaining good Relationship with mapped client.
-Acquisition of New Client(NTB).
-Offering wide range of product which suits to customer profile.
-Financial planning of existing customer and keep on updating portfolio, review their returns.
-Get the maximum share of bankable business to our bank through supporting short term and long term loans.
-Increase customer stickiness to Bank.
Major Activities:
-Service (Key result areas) product usage ratio, and increased RV over the period.
-Reference from the existing satisfied client.
-Keep updating to client on New offerings (NFO, IPO, Bond and New FD interest rates , structured product).
-Review customer portfolio on regular intervals of time.
-Asset portfolio.
-Customer registration for service offerings.
Key Result Areas:
-Customer contact ratio.
-Siebel Productivity.
-No of clients (NTB) referred by existing client.
-Customer product usage ratio.
-Returns on complete portfolio.
-Customer asset usage ratio.
Major Challenges:
-Managing multiple products.
-Making Kotak as the primary banker for all customers.
