- Graduation in Law from recognized University and Two years as an advocate/as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions (Specialist Officer – Law)
- Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture with 50% marks merit and two years post qualification experience
- Proficiency in local language
- Two years experience as an officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
