1.Interact with Customer to ensure Customer satisfaction following established procedures.
2.Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance for customers.
3.Deliver standard services.
4.Provide break-fix reactive support and installation for products.

Desired Profile:
The Candidate should Have basic knowledge of computer systems and functions Eg: Laptops, desktops and printers

The Candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate with Customers over phone and email.
