The Role
In this exciting role of an IT Recruiter, you will get to hire IT candidates all over USA. If you have a technical acumen or if you love to interact with people and help them out, then this is a job for you. Some of the things you will end up doing are:
Learn boolean sourcing and find suitable resumes through various means such Job sites, internal references, personal reference, through database.
Conducting initial screening process to ensure candidate's profile matches the job description.
Calling suitable candidates after initial screening
Scheduling technical interviews post short listing of the C Vs. (Telephonic and face-to-face interviews)
Follow up with Candidates till Joining date and Co-ordinate with the candidates until they get settled in company
