Skills:
1.Accredited certification on maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers.
2.CompTIA A+ / Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
3.Comp TIA PDI+.
4.Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
5.ITIL Service Desk Institute Analyst.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
