Job Description :
Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum experience of 10-12 years working in a similar sales role with fabrication and erection projects
- Mandatory UAE/GCC experience of working for core EPC projects of companies like Technip, Bechtel, Samsung, GS Engineering etc.
- Decision-making and problem solving abilities
- Maintain good business relations with current and existing clients, and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit; analyzing trends and results; establishing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
