Job Description :

Collections on B2C account
Review accounts and call on delinquent customers / receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries
Excellent communication skills with experience in customer service or collections preferred.
Inbound and outbound calling
Provide payment plan basis customer requirement
Shift : U.S Shift (5:30 pm to 09:30 a.m) Any 9hrs workin
5 days working ,any 2 days off(split or together)


Eligibility criteria : Any Graduate /Under-Graduate/ Drop-outs/ Result-awaited/ Technical Graduate/ BBA/MBA- Tier III-IV
