1. Take care of HR operations in Capgemini Financial Services in India.
2. Manage full life cycle of employee once offer is released till exit .
3. Which includes, onboarding , induction, exit , leave management , helpdesk , Insurance , Audits etc .
4. Should be proficient in dashboard preparation and MIS.
